This Batavus combines a lightweight aluminium frame with a low step-in, ensuring easy entry and exit. The upright seating position offers optimal comfort while riding, while the frame geometry ensures stable and responsive handling. At the heart of the bike is the Bosch Active Line mid-motor, which with its 40Nm of power offers a smooth and natural cycling experience, ideal for stop-and-go city traffic.
Shifting and braking components
The Altura E-go Smart is equipped with a Shimano Nexus 7 hub gear, which provides a wide gear range with 263 % range. This makes cycling in different conditions, from flat to slightly hilly, comfortable and efficient. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes ensure reliable and powerful braking performance, whatever the weather conditions. This combination of shifting and braking components offers a seamless and safe riding experience.
Accessories and finishing
The Batavus Altura E-go Smart is richly equipped with practical accessories. The Abus 4750L lock offers security, while the integrated lighting, powered by the e-bike battery, ensures good visibility. The 50 mm tyres offer excellent grip and comfort on urban roads.
